Self Love can be a Challenge

As I've worked to achieve one of my 2021 goals it's not gone as smooth as I had hoped. One of my goals was working to get my bodybuilding body back. I began by putting muscle. and then before vacation I decided to lean out. That's where the challenge came. In the past my body would slim down really quick, but this time what worked in the past didn't work. We all go through negative thoughts attacking us. Here is some of the thought work I used to push past the thoughts that got in the way of enjoying the process. Thought work: Find a negative thought that's constantly playing in your head, write it down and answer the questions below: 1. What are the facts of this situation? 2. Where did this thought come from? 3. How does this thought affect me? 4. What is a better way to think about this? Lastly Find a positie reframe Use these steps to move past the negative feeling you have about yourself and into more productive Self Love.
