I’ve got a tricky question for you…

What do you do when somebody on your team becomes more successful than you?

Or, let’s say one of your downlines hits a rank that you've never hit before?

Do you feel threatened? Or do you feel genuinely happy for them?

Unfortunately, I see that most leaders view this as a threat. A downline out-ranking you creates a red light story that you’re not good enough as a leader or that you’re an impostor.

In this Biz Tip Friday, I’ll teach you how to shift your perspective to help you navigate this sensitive issue and lead your team from a space of LOVE.

Episode Quotes

"A good leader allows people to have the space to flourish and grow."

"Being genuinely happy for someone else's success (even if it's greater than your own) demonstrates the true character of a leader."

Listen to Learn

01:11 - Is your downline succeeding faster than you?

02:48 - The 'feeling needed' dilemma

04:59 - Changing your leadership story

07:52 - Leading from a space of love

If you have questions, text me at (215) 608-1454, and let me know what do you need help with, what issues are your struggling, and what topics you want me to cover in future episodes.
