這次要邀請到曾在2018年雅加達亞運、2017年臺北世大運，分別拿下銀牌和金牌的卑南族舉重好手 洪萬庭
在選手生涯之後的人生，一樣離不開舉重場，因為這已經是一種生活模式，選擇舉重走出自己的人生道路。
萬庭：「人生不會馬上就看到轉變，就算你現在正處於低谷，也不會永遠是低谷，只要持續做對的事。舉重已成為自己的一種生活模式，我可能因為舉重改變，現在我覺得我可以因為舉重改變某些人。」
