俄羅斯日前用短程飛彈攻擊烏克蘭東部，造成包括孩童在內至少50人喪生，此事再度引發國際撻伐。美國總統拜登以「種族滅絕」來形容俄國行徑。各國對烏克蘭的軍援、烏克蘭與德國的外交齟齬、歐洲各國中立立場在在受到各界關注。

法國總統大選第一輪投票結果出爐。總統馬克宏與極右派國民聯盟挑戰者雷朋雙雙進入第二輪投票。兩人的差距極小，將在24日舉行第二輪投票，一決勝負。

另外，在違憲爭議聲中，巴基斯坦總理伊姆蘭汗在不信任投票裡遭到罷黜。然而接任的謝立功卻也是家族勢力。經濟與貪腐問題嚴重的巴基斯坦情勢，特別受到各國屬目，理由是該國握有核武，且與中國關係良好。
