Liz Ophoven is a Ceremonialist, Cacao Maven, Healer, and Artist. Liz has been leading ceremonies with Cacao and Sound Journey for over 5 years, guiding people to their highest most authentic selves. She studied with 7 strong teachers for over 7 years in the fields of yoga, energy work, aura healing, and psychic training. Certified 200 hr yoga instructor, with a BFA in Fine Arts from Cornish College of Arts, a graduate of Psychic Awakenings Clairvoyance Awareness Program completed 3 additional years of energy school and spiritual journey work with UntamedYou and a Certified Cacao Practitioner with Keiths Cacao.
Liz is an avid creator, currently writing a cookbook with her family, designing a clothing line, recording medicine music for a sound journey, building ceramic worship guardians for her solo art show at CORE Gallery in Jan 2021, and launching a line of Sacred ceramic vessels to enjoy your cacao!
Liz lives in Seattle with her husband and 2 tweens, their dog, cat 2 guinea pigs, and frequent houseguests.
