Susanne aus Ludwigshafen hatte Ende Februar für Ende März online ein Hotelzimmer in München gebucht. Ohne kostenfreie Stornierung. Nun musste ich wegen Corona doch stornieren. Der Betrag für das Zimmer war schon über Kreditkarte abgebucht. Susanne mailt: "Das Hotel sagt nun, dass ich nichts erstattet bekomme - da bei Stornierung der volle Rechnungsbetrag anfällt.
