Dr. Jessie Mahoney, M.D., a board-certified pediatrician, a certified life coach, and a yoga instructor emphasizes the importance of being mindful in your everyday life. In this episode, she talks about how the discovery of yoga gave her more clarity towards her true calling. Specifically, Dr. Mahoney focuses on how pausing and being present gives you the freedom to decide how you want to show up in any situation in your life. For those that have a racing mind or those feeling particularly anxious during this time of the pandemic, I personally dedicate this episode to you. I hope our talk inspires you to incorporate mindfulness in your own life and to see that you have more power over your own situation than you realize.
