Atahualpa Yupanqui (in quechua "the one who comes from far off lands to say sth”), is the pseudonym used by Héctor Roberto Chavero Aramburo, who was born in Pergamino on Jan 31, 1908 and passed away in Nîmes, France, on May 23, 1992.
