You're about to get some serious insight from a rockstar in the financial independence and real estate world. I am so grateful that I was able to interview Scott Trench for this week's episode. Scott very generously let me throw some tough topics at him. He was able to frame our student debt issues in a really interesting way and also shares some very valuable thoughts on wealth development and basic financial structures. You also get to hear some of Scott's famous "dad jokes" at the end of the episode...not to be missed! Thanks again to Scott and Bigger Pockets!
