Devanshi Patel has written on CBS's God Friended Me, ABC’s Black-ish and TBS’s Ground Floor. In 2017, she sold 1 pilot to the CW. Devanshi cut her comedy chops performing stand up all over clubs amongst the greats in New York City and touring on the east coast. She started writing scripts and when the first pilot she wrote got her into the FOX Writer’s Fellowship, she moved to LA and took classes at UCLA and got improv training at the Upright Citizens Brigade. She has a BS in Finance and International Business from NYU and worked in Finance – experience she later took and wrote about in a pilot that helped her get into the ABC Writers Program.
