- Dr LeBauer got into PT after being a massage therapist, and became an MT after finding the need to care for his body to take care of his body and keep it performing at the top levels.

- He entered into private practice right out of PT school after being told he would fail, and has thrived for over 20 years!

- The common thread that Aaron has found that high performers have is routines. He says it doesn't matter if the person is a top athlete or a top business professional; keeping routines helps people get done what they need to get done.
