Unifying African countries through the sport of cycling! That's the mission statment of of Team Africa Rising. Listen to Kimberley Coats tell about the work they have has been doing for cycling in Africa. It's more of a development program and less of a traditional team. Over the last decade Team Africa Rising has managed to grow talent from the region to join the professional ranks, assist in building local teams and the organisation of these - both in terms of riders, staff and equipment. In particular, the female talent has been activated by Team Africa Rising. Kimberley also tells us about the challenges African cyclists have to deal with and the opportunities for the rest of us to travel to the region for exciting cycling experiences!
