The Cannock Chase Murders

- The Cannock Chase murders were the murders of three young schoolgirls that occurred in Staffordshire, England, during the late 1960s.
- Raymond Leslie Morris of Walsall was convicted, of the murder of Christine Ann Darby after one of the largest manhunts in British history.
- Morris is also considered the chief suspect in the deaths of Margaret Reynolds and Diana Joy Tift. and was found guilty of pedophilia. and other crimes.
- In November 2010, he was granted a judicial review of his case in a bid to overturn his conviction, which failed.
- Morris had many other attempts at abducting children, luckily a number of them escaped.
- this monster lived across from the police station and tried to outsmart police and Scotland Yard, with an IQ of 120, and jailed for life.
Morris died in prison in March 2014, aged 84, after serving 45 years, by which time he was one of Britain's longest-serving prisoners.
