In this solo episode of Caitlin's Couch, I am talking all about connection. Connection means to feel seen, to feel belonging, to feel safe, to feel understood, to feel accepted. This is so important in your relationship with both yourself and others.

Part of my why, and the reason I created Caitlin’s Couch, is to teach my clients how to bring more connection into their lives. I share my best tips on how to slow down, work through the discomfort, and move towards better connection.

IN THIS EPISODE, YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT
  • All Things Connection
  • The importance of learning how to slow down
  • How slowing down will benefit your intimacy
SOCIAL MEDIA + QUOTES

  • “Our society is structured in a way that breeds a lot of shame.”
