How exciting is it that going to therapy is now considered cool?! More and more people are becoming comfortable talking about therapy and going to therapy. As an MD Psychotherapist, I think this is very exciting! So on this week's episode, I'm sharing how you can get the most out of going to therapy.

It's really healing and powerful to have someone - who is objective - to speak to about how you're doing and how you're feeling. Having a therapist you resonate with, gives you the space to ask the questions you're afraid to ask, to get an objective perspective, and to learn the skills you need for good mental health.

Dive into this week's episode, to learn how to make the most out of your therapy, so that you can arrive prepared and not waste time. Whether you've been in therapy for years or are considering it, therapy is something that everyone can and should be doing. We're taught that we should just "figure it all out on our own," but that's not true! You deserve support!
