Raghav Goyal(@goyal61) is the founder of NGO- We Listen. He has taken an initiative to not only foster awareness about mental health but also work on easy accessibility of therapy procedures to the adolescence in our country. He is on a mission to create a safe space where they are listened to & addressed about their mental health. Lavesh talks about him creating and providing a virtual space where people can talk about their feelings, emotional pain, and distress without any constraints. It is important to realize & understand that discussing problems or seeking help does not make you lesser. The challenges that he faced and the most important thing he learned in his life.

Raghav explains how mental health is often misunderstood and overlooked. He is focusing on creating awareness, breaking the taboo and shame to lend support to the young people suffering from mental health problems.
