This episode is the first of many "voice memos" where I sit down and talk into the mic about something that's been on my mind.

In today's episode, I talk about how practicing expressing your emotions can help you like a better life. From a young age, we (especially men) are programmed to suppress and ignore our emotions, but this can be very dangerous and even life-threatening. Listen through to the end for a great exercise you can use to start getting more comfortable with expressing your emotions.

If you enjoyed this episode, let me know!

Thank you for being with us.
