Join Greg Favazza, podcast host and creator as he connects with Isaac Etter Founder of Identity start up, who at the time of recording was the owner of Etter Consulting. Isaac describes in detail the hardships he has faced from being an adopted black male to a white family, with little to no interaction with races outside of white locals until he was nearly an adult. The differences between himself and his local town became glaringly obvious. He set out to change how adopted children of black descent were informed of their biological heritage as well as provide resources for cultural integration in families of differing races in adoptive settings.
