We're excited to share our interview with Nashville songwriter and former HEE HAW regular GERALD SMITH (aka "The GEORGIA QUACKER"), conducted at the offices of his publishing company MELODY ROUNDUP MUSIC on "Music Row" here in the heart of Music City.
As well as his "novelty" recordings and the distinction of being the voice of the animated duck on the HEE HAW television show, Gerald has written #1 Country Hits for LORRIE MORGAN ("What Part of No") and COLLIN RAYE ("Every Second"); as well as having cuts by GEORGE STRAIT, GEORGE JONES , JOHNNY RODRIQUEZ , JUSTIN MCBRIDE and many others!
