Show Highlights:

-When we hear the word energy most people think about physical energy. This energy we will be talking about is the energy you can’t see. The energy that runs our body, chakras and life force.

-When we go through life our energy dips and we feel tired. You can elevate your energy by mediating, dropping into your body, clear your mind, gratitude is another one.

-When we have low energy we start to find the flaws and think everything is so hard.

-Shift your thinking from the negative to the positive by being grateful. It creates a shift in your energy and vibration.

-When our energy dips we think it’s our vitality that dips, because they go hand in hand.

-Afternoon dip where you’re tired, we grab coffee or food for fuel. Instead take 5 minutes and close your eyes and meditate will raise your vibration, instead of burning yourself out.

-Even drinking a glass of water will help raise your energy.

-We are feeding our mind with our thoughts. If we are feeding ourselves with negative thoughts the energy starts out smaller and grow bigger and bigger. Now you’re carrying this on your back.

-How to stop taking on others negativity: have a positive mindset and declare that you are not taking their stuff. Cut cords or put yourself in a bubble.

-Protect your own energy especially if you work in the health field or around angry people.

-Ground yourself helps protect yourself, stand in the dirt in the bare earth, eat a piece of fruit, if you are feeling anxious do some grounding and release it. Hug a tree to really connect with the earth.

-Please take all worries, cares and fears and fill me with love and gratitude-affirm to release stress and anxiety.

- Abundant mindset is where you are aware of all the abundance you have. It’s about seeing abundance in everything you have. The love, the friendship, home, having gratitude in all that you have and saying thank you.
