Ever had one of those dreams where you're naked in front of a bunch of people? Well, Jake did the real-life version of that a few years ago. Why? Because embracing your fears and stepping outside your comfort zone is the fastest way to grow in life. Too many people are trapped by what other people think of them. Invisible barriers. And every time there is an opportunity to do something different, go against the status quo, put themselves out there they hold back because of the discomfort that comes from these same opportunities. The good news is there is a way through this. It's by constantly putting yourself in situations that scare you and make you uncomfortable. This never-ending process will set you alive and let you truly reach your potential. We share some of our personal stories of stepping into fear and how it changed out lives.
