Yesterday was National Coffee Day… sorta got me thinking about the ingredients in my cup all day long. From lemon water in the AM to my hot tea as a night cap. With every cup and sip, there are many options for adding nutrients and even more good stuff to our bodies.

From your AM coffee to your last cup of water before bed, you can use each one to make a conscious choice to do even more for your body and compliment what is on your plate.
