Prof. Angelo Ishi is a Brazilian sociologist at Musashi University in Tokyo. Specializing in ethnic media and immigration studies, Angelo is one of the leading researchers on Brazilian immigrants in Japan. In addition to research, he has worked as a journalist both in Brazil and Japan, and holds a strong passion for the city of Tokyo and Japanese cinema.
