This is a solo 3 episode series where I break down different movement theories, how they apply to Kinetisense, and how different patients have improved with the combination.

Episode 1 is the joint by joint approach. This talks about how segments of joints that lack stability will cause lack of motion in other areas...and vise-versa.

I talk about patients with neck injuries, low back and hip injuries, and how they correlate to objective 3D analysis with Kinetisense. There is focus on ankles, thoracic spine, cervical spine, lumbar spine, hips, knees and more!

Episode 2 will cover the fascial planes and how Kinetisense can help you identify which lines are the primary area of dysfunction.

Episode 3 will take all of this information and combine it into some advanced rehab with kettlebells and barbell work. I will share some cool stories of patients progressing from feeling like they won't ever be able to move again after surgery, to lifting a barbell.
