Anxiety affects each and everyone on a daily basis, and while its a natural response to stress the feeling of fear and apprehension can cause shallow breathing, sweaty palms, a racing heart all of which are real physical symptoms tell your body that you are in a state of stress.

The worst part is that it can limit your potential. Worst of all, we hide our selves from the world that so desperately needs our voice and presence. Sometimes the world is screaming at us saying set out, and our reaction is to take a step back.
