For many years my journal has gotten my though so many things. From heart breaks, disappointments, confusion, angry, grieving, and so much more.

I remember witnessing my mother writing in a traditional paper back notebook. She would records recipes, to do list, and church notes. After she passed away, I realized that my journal would be the tool to help cope with her death.

God was preparing me to be able to live life without her physical presence.

In episode #5, Journaling for Joy, I share four reasons why I depend so much on my journal.

Dont forget to subscribe and happy listening.
