In Episode 77 of The Four Flats Podcast celebrations are in order as the one year anniversary of the podcast has snuck up on the gang. The crew is joined back once again by Johnny Mac with perfect timing as the Atlanta Super Bowl between Jeezy and Gucci is officially in the books. The fellas discuss Gucci’s direct disrespect at Jeezy and how somehow the night ended off on a somewhat friendly accord. The crew then gets into popular nip slips of the week and GQ’s selection for rapper of the year. The guys follow up with some sports talk in regards to the NBA Draft, trades and James Harden turning down 50 Million from the Rockets in pursuit of joining the Nets. Megan Thee Stallion dropped her debut album which featured a song titled ‘Shots Fired’ aimed at Tory Lanez and the Flats do a detailed lyric breakdown. Meek Mill’s new Quarantine Pack released after recently banned from the trenches allegedly after getting in between street beef and the guys converse on the bad news that could follow. Texas has been on a streak of shooting rappers in the leg after both Boosie and Benny The Butcher had encounters that rendered them with gunshot wounds and the fellas share their sentiments. Monique’s interesting comments in regards to calling her husband “Daddy” and her reasoning didn’t bring much clarity to the crew as they officially ban the term amongst their partners. Lastly The Four Flats family send their thanks and appreciation after an exciting first year of the podcast and prep the listeners of what’s to come in the near future.
