When you think of a high ranking Product Manager at Amazon, what do you picture? What if we narrow that image to be the PM in charge of automated customer service? Now do you have an image? In many ways the least likely guy to be a high flyer in FAANG, and yet, somehow, EXACTLY what you'd expect.
