During this pod, we discuss how COVID has impacted homelife, specifically kids during online school and how we want the best for them. It's important to know the limits and when to turn off the screen time and simply explore outside to educate and maintaining balance.
From a work perspective, we talk about how COVID has changed the 'rat race' mentallity and how we can still do business remotely. This has fundamentally changed how the business world works. There is now more individiual efforts versus a team environment. In addition, office hours are not the typical 9-5 during COVID and work is expected at off times with no shut-off times.
