In this episode, Ms Mallick-Searle provides an overview of the different types of pain before going on to explain how to assess which type of pain your patient is experiencing and how it can affect their life—both physically and emotionally. She then discusses what questions to ask and exams to complete to assess pain levels, including the use of validated pain assessment screening tools.
