Bryan and Nick have Marshall Couch back on for a third time (the first 3 time guest!) and they have a discussion of minimalism. What is it to be minimalistic? What would drive someone to live this way? What prevents people (Bryan) from getting rid of their possessions? All of this and the ubiquitous food discussion. Bryan creates a new segment called Bryan's Beverage Corner ("BBC") and he's sure that BBC isn't being used by anything else...
Also, Bryan, Nick, and Marshall mix up KonMari with Minimalism. It would't be a good Help Yourself! if we didn't have some mix ups, right? ;-)
