In this episode, we will be talking about the lack of emotional intelligence and why this social divide is creating another cultural exodus. All my life, I was taught to respect others and value what each person from another nationality brings to the table, but the lack of understanding of persons taints the true moral of human decency. The words "If You Don't Like It You Leave!" The Go Back to Africa statements and the hateful repercussions of these narratives will not only bring harm to those whom its meant for but also makes the imprint of mental slavery seven inches deeper. I speak now as a young black woman who sees the negative impact of allowing false perceptions to take-over the spiritual identity of our very existence. As a great strong people, we need to STOP focusing on what we know we can't change, instead, let's focus on how we can change the way we think and its only until then that REAL change emerges.
