90. Five tips to deal with overwhelm

How can we manage or deal with overwhelm? It is absolutely normal to feel overwhelmed by things that we want and things that we don't want.
Has it happened to you that you are all pumped up with ideas and creative juices flowing, and as soon as you sit down to start breaking down everything into tasks and projects, you freak out?
When you really dive deep, overwhelm comes from fear. We often experience overwhelm when too much is happening that feels outside of our control. Life throws way too many curve balls at once, triggering fear and inducing a stress response in the body and mind that makes us feel frozen on our tracks.
