Hi guys! This is an important episode for me because I truly believe that “peace of mind,” is the greatest asset you could ever have. We have the power and ability to raise our vibrations, control where our energy goes and who receives it and can take responsibility to remind ourselves of the present moment.

Today, I will be discussing in greater length, the three things that I do daily to help maintain peace of mind:

  1. Protect your energy and vibrations
  2. Do not try to control what you cannot control
  3. Remain grounded in the present moment

I encourage you to listen and understand how important doing these on a daily basis is for your peace of mind. Let’s find balance and stay positive, together.
