Men often believe they can “fake it til they make it” with confidence. They’re wrong.
The world is full of people who have fancy cars, houses, money and/or 15” biceps.
These men are on overdrive - busy chasing milestones, promotions or “living” at the gym.
Why have we struggled with real confidence for so long?
For starters, it's because we were never shown the tools to celebrate ourselves (beyond the performance) and build our inner strength.
We may have been show tactics to imitate confidence, but not the long-term tools for confident transformation.
The truth is that real confidence is deep and lives in your head and heart. And what's more, confidence actually precedes success; it’s part of the inner process that gets you to your goal. It’s needed for overcoming the hard road to the top.
