We talk specifically about the Alberta Women in Sport Leadership Impact Program and the impact that had. We also talk about the importance of representation, the importance in championing and believing in women’s and other marginalized groups ability to take on leadership positions in sport, and the importance of treating people with respect and acknowledging mistakes as growth!
