Today I am speaking with Jaymie Duke. Jaymie is a business development consultant and works with third sector organisations to source funding from institutional donors.

Jaymie's journey is an interesting one as she describes herself as a very committed 9-5 employee, who was reluctant to get into consulting. In this conversation we explore what prompted the move into consultancy, how she gradually added clients and how her focus is now on how to keep her pipeline bubbling and full of interesting work.
