I met Chris Kent through a mutual friend on Facebook when I did a callout for podcast guests. Turns out we have a lot of synergy in the way we approach health and wellness from a neuroscience perspective. He has been diagnosed with ADHD and after a breakdown a few years ago, Chris learned how to transform his lifestyle to change his results.
