Jennie Garth on overcoming osteoarthritis - Jane’s guest today is the multi-talented Jennie Garth, an iconic actress, bestselling author, film director and mother of three beautiful young daughters. Jennie is perhaps most widely known for her role as Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills: 90210. Since then, however, she has been featured in a variety of shows, including an HGTV series, an appearance on Dancing with the Stars and several Lifetime movies. Today, Jennie hosts the 9021OMG podcast with her fellow West Beverly High alum, Tori Spelling. On this segment, Jane and Jennie talk about the challenges she faced on the road to success as she started at a very young age, and how she learned to be resilient. What most listeners don’t know is that Jennie has been quietly suffering from early on-set osteoporosis for the past three years. That is why she not only follows an anti-inflammatory diet, but has teamed up with Voltaren, the makers of a powerful, non-steroidal topical gel, on their CareWalk campaign, that helps empower caregivers with joint pain to rediscover the joy of movement through the simple act of walking. Jennie also shares her beauty, health and fitness and anti-stress tips and tools that keep her looking and feeling Better Than Before, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
