The year is 2003 and WWE is the only game in town when it time to matter. The independent scene is slowly growing and with no competition, WWE remains the top of North America. With the attitude era behind them, but global expansion not yet what it would be in the coming years, WWE continues to lean into the patriotism of the early 2000s America. With the War in Iraq still going, WWE would not shy from flying the red white and blue flag, so far as much as debuting a new character in the weeks after Wrestlemania 19, Mr. America. There was a big ado about the new wrestler, no one knew anything about him, but when they saw him debut, a familiar mania ran wild through the crowd.
Twitch.tv's Girp123 (@Girp123) and Schmoogoogle (@Schmoogoogle) join the show to watch the debut of Mr. America and his match against Roddy Piper at Judgement Day 2003, Zack Gowen, how apathetic we are towards celebrating the 4th of July, how fireworks are bad, and more.
