In this episode I give my honest opinion on what I think it takes to build muscle and lose weight. I think people say that want to make a change but are not willing to put in the work and make changes to there life that will allow them to see those changes. This includes tracking your food, following a program, sleeping and hydrating. These are all key to get the results you want not only in the gym but to improving your overall health.
