Giovani teaches and trains elite domestic and foreign military units a more strategic approach to physical preparation and rehabilitation.

With a love for all things human performance, he’s travelled worldwide to work with all manner of athletes-from inner city Chicago basketball to Olympic level sailing. Like all EXOS educators, his love and understanding of biomechanics and its relationship to psychology are leveraged to the benefit of all he has the privilege of working with. He is heavily invested in technology solutions to further the betterment of the human condition. Athletes that find themselves working with him will note his attention to detail, intensity, and infectious energy.
