On this episode of "On the Shoulders of Giants- Talking Old Timers with Thomas Steenburg", Jean Tewskbury, curator of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine joins us. We chat about how she became involved in cryptozoology in the first place, her role as curator of the museum and the new smaller version that opened this year in Bangor, Maine. We discuss some of the artifacts in the museums, that includes a letter from the actor Jimmy Stewart and how it is linked to the Pangboche Yeti hand mystery. Also, Jean is extremely interested in gathering evidence of Pumas in Maine, thought to be extinct in that state. She shares with us how she became so driven to not only prove they still exist there, but that they need to be put back on the endangered species list for the proper protection. Be sure to tune in for this and much more! Brought to you by Monster X Radio Visit the museum website here: https://cryptozoologymuseum.com/ Thank you for your support!!
