When times are tough, a few words spell the difference between success and failure.
Many people and businesses have been hit hard by the COVID-19, the lock-down, and now the economic recession.
When the business environment is turned upside down, we either adapt ... or we fail.
This was really brought home to me recently by a fantastic example of a business - which is traditionally a face-to-face, in-person service - using the lockdown as the impetus to adapt, innovate, and go online.
Whether we survive, thrive, or fail is not the external circumstances, but about how we choose to respond to them. And these few words make ALL the difference.
