Welcome back to our 91st episode of the Launch Your Farm Show where I interview Justin Bosak, who is the owner of Re/Max Revolution in New Jersey.

Today Justin Bosak shares how he’s built an amazing business and career over 20 years where he owns 2 brokerages and runs one of the top teams in his state and selling real estate himself still. He learned to apply the things he learned in corporate management from a young age and applied it to his businesses over the years.

Since then Justin has learned that getting involved in the community and giving back to the people he served was more important that post cards or typical real estate marketing. He learned to build real relationships and come from a servant mindset and it’s allowed him to achieve amazing things in his farm and community.

In this episode Justin and I talk about:

· Why it’s so important to choose who you spend your time with when you are learning to grow your business.

· Justin shares how important it is to focus on building relationships first then focus on the transaction second if you want to see long term success.
