In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I wanted to talk about my meditation journey update. Meditating isn’t easy for me because I cannot sit still and do nothing when I know I have a ton of other things to do. However, I gave it a try during the Thanksgiving weekend and I wanted to share with you how it has been since I first attended it.

Another reason why I wanted to talk about this is because I want to let you know that meditating is doable despite our busy schedules.
