The sad passing of Queen Elizabeth is a chance to remember her many dogs and the love of dogs the Royal family exhibits to this day with their many dogs. How many Royals own cats? Are corgis the only dog the queen owned? If you were a Royal you could afford any pet so what pets do they choose? Even with their wealth and access to trainers and handlers the royals have had some pet tragedy that Deborah explains is sometimes unavoidable. Sometimes pets get into trouble and the owners must not blame themselves forever as even the Royals, Ellen and Oprah have had pet tragedies.
Fall is pumpkin season so let them eat pumpkin!! Deborah explains how pumpkin can help your dog regulate his system and suggests it as a great treat. Next Deb helps some listeners with dog behavior problems including an older gigantic Rottie who lunges at people, car sickness and separation anxiety. Old dogs can learn new tricks! Lola the terrorist terrier rescued from California can learn to be alone even after two years of barking for daycare.
