This week I explain the dangers of under eating. We all know that we should avoid over eating, but under eating can be just as if not even more dangerous. It can cause a crashed metabolism, decreased recovery, and a loss off muscle mass…all of which are the exact opposite of what you need to achieve any fitness goal, especially weight loss. So tune in to make sure you’re not falling into this trap and potentially sabotaging the hard work and sacrifices you’ve made to get in shape.
