She is also the Chair of the ED&I committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, further highlighting her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

As the Strategic Board Advisor for Tech London Advocate Education and a London Mayor's Enterprise Advisor Network member, Tracey is passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment. She advises coaches, and mentors young people and leaders in the education sector, promoting skill development and career opportunities.
