In this episode I had the privilege of having Monique Lautee come on to talk to us about her life so far, how she has embarked on her self improvement journey, and how discovering her purpose has changed her life. Monique shares some amazing wisdom with us and reflects on the many lessons she has learnt on her journey so far, and what the next chapter of her life looks like now.

Here are some key points that Monique and I discussed:
- I had to identify I was out of balance and do something about it
- How working as a mechanical engineer wasn’t for her
- Discovering her purpose
- Listening to her body and herself to live her most authentic life
- Being compassionate with yourself
- You’re in control of who you want to be and what you want to do
- What Monique does daily to continue her self improvement journey

I hope you all enjoy listening to the conversation Monique and I had and can implement some of the knowledge she gave us, for yourself, to help improve.
